I am a Senior Computer Science major at the University of Arkansas. I started working at JB Hunt as a software engineer at the beginning of this year, and I am currently still an intern there. I have mainly been in mobile development, and have built two apps from the ground up with a two person, and a four person team. I am now apart of a three person team adding new features to one of the company’s cornerstone apps. I built these apps with React-Native, and used Redux for state management. I also used Firebase for the database, for authentication and for push notifications. Currently my plan is to start full time with JB Hunt in the Spring/beginning of summer, and start to apply for jobs with one of the big tech companies within a few years.
