Team 17 – University of Arkansas Tour

Abstract:
This project is a mobile app that allow users to tour the University of Arkansas campus without the need of a tour guide. The app will provide all of the information that a tour guide would normally provide, but without the need to be part of a tour group. This will allow users to Tour campus in their own groups of their own desired size and allow them to tour at their own pace.
This app was built using React Native, with Node.JS and MongoDB on the backend. The app will distinguish between the different buildings and landmarks on campus using Google Maps API, then provide the user with information based on the building identified.
