Hugo Serrano

Serrano is a senior Computer Science major in the Computer Science and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Arkansas. He has completed relevant coursework in Mobile Programming and Information Retrieval which will be applicable during the development of this project. He is responsible for application development and UI/UX.
