Summary: I am an undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas studying Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. My research work involves image reconstruction using convolutional neural networks, but my interests stretch across a wide array of Machine Learning topics. I have 5 years of work experience in IT/Technical positions, with my most recent experience being with Amazon under the Consumer Robotics team as an SDE Intern where I used my Mathematics and Computer Science knowledge to stream vector and raster information from a robot’s movement over a timeframe, perform mathematical functions on the information collected, and then spray that data onto a 3-dimensional simulation space to track the robot’s movement over time. I have accepted a job offer to rejoin my Amazon team in Sunnyvale, California where I will work as an SDE I while simultaneously pursuing graduate school for a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning.

Interests: Traveling, Surfing, Backpacking, Cars
